How to get there • By train: The MTR Kwun Tong Line and East Rail Line are both connected to the complex, with direct air-conditioned pedestrian access (take Exit ‘C’ at MTR Kowloon Tong station) • By car: If approaching by private car, Festival Walk is best accessed via Waterloo Road. From Waterloo Road, car drivers should follow Cornwall Street to Tat Chee Avenue, where Festival Walk is located across from the City University of Hong Kong

How to use
Usage validity • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
Additional information • Each e-Voucher is valid for one-time use only and admits one participant per entry. • The event will be held from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the event day. Admission for ticket holders will commence from 7:30 p.m. Admission will cease 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. Late admission will not be accepted. • Participants must arrive at the designated event entrance of Festival Walk Glacier for registration and follow staff instructions to redeem the physical ticket and admission bracelet with the QR code of the e-Voucher. • Upon successful registration and entry, the e-Voucher QR code will be voided by on-site staff immediately and may not be reused. • e-Voucher will not be reissued if lost. • Participants must wear appropriate and safe attire for the ice skating activity. • Entry to the ice area is restricted to valid Ice Skating Party Full Pass holder. • All participants must read and follow the rules and regulations that are posted in the venue before conducting ice skating activity. • Participants must admit the venue before 9:00pm for joining the Best Dressed Award competition. • Festival Walk Glacier accepts no responsibility and no liability for any matter relating to the conditions and quality of the food and services provided by the respective suppliers / tenants. • The organizer may photograph and/or record the event. By entering the event venue, participants consent to the use of their likeness, photographs, and video recordings for promotional, marketing, publicity, and archival purposes without prior notice or compensation. • Visuals of related promotional materials (if applicable) are for reference only. • Festival Walk Glacier reserves the right to amend the event content and the related Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
