- Entry to the farm cafe and shop is free
- Meals are available from 09:00 to 14:00, and sweets and drinks are available until 15:00
- Restrooms and free WiFi are available
- Do let the operator's cafe staff know that you need assistance with the wheelchair lift when you arrive, and the operator will be able to help you
- All cameleer experience guests are required to wear closed-in shoes
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Awesome. loved it. there was so many camels and it was a great experience. Tour guide was extremely knowledagble and the camel sausage was amazing. There is a cafe at the working farm that sells many camel products. In this tour and product tasting package you get a free gelato too. Super worth it and i highly recommend. Check out summerland camels on google for their other offerings. I also went for a camel ride that i booked on their website.

Hands down the best tour guide I came across for as long as I can remember, and this applied to my hubs and two sons too. What might have been a typical animal farm tour was vastly educational and entertaining, all thanks to Emily.
As my tour also consisted of product sampling, the camel salami, milk and feta cheese were a huge hit with my two boys and this is an experience that will definitely stay ingrained in our memories for a long time, together with the beautiful scenery at the farm!
