- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

When traveling to Aojie, both network cards could be turned on normally, but neither could be used, and there was no reply from customer service.

This eSIM does not work in Malta despite being listed on the countries served. There is no support or contact details to rectify this so it's a complete waste of money
