What to expect
Be sure to present your voucher using a smartphone or other device with internet access. To access your pre-booked voucher, log in to the Klook app/website and click "View Voucher" in your booking record.

- Vouchers can be viewed by logging into the Klook app/website, tapping "Bookings" from "Account," and selecting "View Voucher."
- Please note that you will not be able to use the voucher if you cannot present it on your smartphone or other device to the local staff on the day of use.
- The URL to display the voucher must be presented on a smartphone or other device with internet access. Please be aware that you may not be able to access the voucher in locations without a WiFi environment.
- When entering the facility, the facility staff must operate the electronic voucher. Please note that if you accidentally operate it yourself, the ticket will be invalidated and you will not be able to enter.
