enjoyed so much with my family and friends the safari adventure was a blast
travel in comfort to the safari. Alphard even has a built in massage for the passenger seats. amazing.
The vehicle is clean and spacious. The animal shows are great but need to go early to get good seats. It can be very crowded. My family enjoyed the animal feeding activity. I think there was a miscommunication between the driver and the company. The driver wanted to collect extra fee per pax for driving into the safari park. But thankfully the agency responded fast after I emailed them. If I was not clear about the package that I purchased, I would really top up. On the returning trip, the driver "reminded" us via text message to pay him for sending us. I guessed he is referring to tips now.
ruined my triip to safari world. i had combo tickets for safari and for marine. driver was not able to communicate with us. not even able to speak basic english. he sent us to marine park first instead kf safari. also he said no when I requested him to take his vehicle inside safari park which was part of package. because of the operator for sending a driver who didnt know package details and was not able to commjnicate with us my family trip was ruined.

safari world was great. we booked the private tour for 3 and the journey was smooth. the drive came on time and he is very helpful and he assisted with everthing. like the tickets and he will drive slowly whenever there are animals for we could take pictures. we also had lunch but sadly is not meant for muslim since the food has pork in everything. they should have catered for halal food too if there was a section for halal . we paid too and its not fair the we can only eat fruits as we also hungry due to the long walk for watch the shows and hot weather the staff in safari world was kind enough to assist and we managed to change our lunch for indian veg meal. not that good but at least we get to eat to last for our actual meal later in the evening .overall the whole process and experience was really great.
