- Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Keelung city area. Additional fees will be charged for areas outside Keelung city. All additional fees must be paid to the driver in cash.
- Explanation of additional fees for non-service areas:
- NT$500 for Qidu, Nuannuan
- If both pick-up and drop-off locations are in non-service areas, an additional fee will be charged per trip.
- 8-hour charter is limited to 200 kilometers, 10-12-hour charter is limited to 300 kilometers.
- 4-6-hour charter cannot cross county lines. 8-10-hour charter can cross one county line, with an additional NT$1500 per trip, paid to the driver on site.
Other pick-up/drop-off locations in Taipei and New Taipei:
- Travelers using the car for 8 hours can pick up/drop off in Taipei City / New Taipei City areas. Additional fees will be charged for areas outside the city. All additional fees must be paid to the driver in cash.
- Explanation of additional fees for non-service areas:
- NT$300: Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan Front Mountain (e.g., The Top Restaurant, Caoshan Night View Restaurant), Xizhi, Shenkeng, Xindian, Songshan Airport pick-up
- NT$500: Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, Shiding, Shulin, Keelung Port
- NT$800: Yangmingshan Back Mountain (e.g., Tien Lai Resort & Spa), Jinshan, Wulai, Yehliu, Shifen, Jiufen, Jinguashi
- NT$1,000: Taoyuan Airport (TPE) pick-up/drop-off, areas north of Zhongli
- NT$1,600: Hsinchu City Center
- If both pick-up and drop-off locations are in non-service areas, an additional fee will be charged per trip. (e.g., pick up in Taipei and drop off in Tamsui, an additional NT$500 will be charged; if both pick-up and drop-off locations are in Tamsui, an additional NT$1,000 will be charged)

Overtime Fees
- 5/9-seater car: NT$800 / per car per 60 minutes, please pay the driver on site.
Child Seat Rental Fee Taiwan law stipulates: Children under 4 years old are required to use an infant bed or car seat; it is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm tall use a booster seat; please note the child’s date of birth, height, and weight when booking. An infant seat costs NT$200/day. A 9-seater car can accommodate up to two child seats, and a 5-seater car can accommodate one.

Notes and Purchase Instructions
- Reservations and Changes: If you need to postpone, please submit your request 7 days before the experience date. The postponement period cannot exceed 20 days. You cannot change the original vehicle model, number of vehicles, or number of shared passengers. Postponements will not be accepted within 6 days of the experience date. Any additional price differences due to weekdays/holidays, consecutive holidays, or peak travel seasons must be borne by the traveler.
- Itinerary and Services: This service provides a chartered driver for pick-up and drop-off, offering meal and attraction consultation, but no tour guide service. Although the itinerary is planned, the driver will make appropriate adjustments after discussing with the passengers based on the traffic and weather conditions on the day. For a five-seater car, the maximum number of passengers is 4; for a nine-seater car, the maximum is 8. Reference car models are TOYOTA Altis / VW T5/T6; specific car color and model cannot be designated.
- Pick-up and Communication: Please depart on time at the scheduled appointment to avoid affecting the itinerary. Delays due to personal reasons will be calculated from the original scheduled time. Service personnel will contact you one day before departure; please ensure your internet connection is smooth and pay attention to messages. Passengers must provide at least one contact method. If pick-up cannot be completed due to inability to establish contact, this cannot be used as a reason to request cancellation. If an attraction is canceled due to force majeure, please contact customer service for a partial refund. In case of temporary traffic control, you may need to pay for a shuttle transfer at your own expense.
- Riding Regulations: Eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting out the window, and littering are prohibited inside the car. If any items in the car are damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid at the original price and settled in cash on site. Bringing any pets is strictly prohibited; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the itinerary without refund. If a wheelchair is needed, please fill in the dimensions in the order remarks; no additional fee is required.

Our driver's surname is Li. He is very familiar with the road and will change our plans according to our itinerary. we had a fantastic day while in Keelung on a cruise. our driver took us to the Geopark, Juifen Old Street, Shifen waterfall and Shifen Old Street. The car was clean and maintained well. we hired 淑萍 for 6hrs on a day trip off the cruise ship. she picked us up before meeting time and even got us a local snack--胡椒餅. to try. our family has a 70yo grandma and a 4yo kid, the driver was very considerate in their needs. she makes sure to drop us off near the attractions to minimize walking and would pick us up with just a WhatsApp message.
