Early Bird Tickets

  • Persons with a disability handbook (certificate) may purchase tickets. A valid original disability handbook must be presented at the venue for ticket verification.
  • A single order is limited to 2 concession tickets (for the individual and one companion). The companion must enter the venue with the ticket holder for verification. If a valid ID is not presented, qualifications are not met, or the person is not the ticket holder, entry will be denied. If no ID is presented, the difference to the advance ticket price must be paid for entry.
  • Due to the rugged terrain of the venue, those purchasing concession tickets should carefully consider their physical condition before purchasing.

Ticket Type Description

  • General admission tickets only provide entry to the music festival and do not include camping.
  • Summer Festival Listening Group No Worries Towel can be collected at the "Spring Wave Merchandise Booth" at the event venue on 6/27-6/28 by presenting the orderer's ID (single order limited to one collection, no partial collection). If the orderer cannot attend in person, please take a photo of the original orderer's ID for collection at the venue. If not collected within the two days of the event, it will be considered forfeited, and no shipping will be provided (purchasing a ticket is required to collect merchandise).
  • If the towel is collected by someone other than the orderer, the person collecting it shall bear the risks and responsibilities.
  • All tickets are limited. If sold out before the deadline, no additional tickets will be provided. Please purchase early.

Car Parking Pass

  • Four-wheel vehicles including heavy motorcycles Car Parking Pass NT$300 / pass (for parking from 6/26-6/28).
  • One pass per vehicle, only for attendees who have purchased music festival tickets and a car parking pass to park general small cars or large heavy motorcycles. The organizer is not responsible for vehicle safekeeping.
  • Each camping package includes 1 parking pass. For additional vehicles, please purchase an additional parking pass for NT$300 / vehicle.
  • Please exchange the QR code for a car parking pass before entry and place it in a visible spot on the windshield for staff verification.
  • In accordance with venue regulations, car parking spaces are only available for small cars or large heavy motorcycles.
  • Those who have not purchased a parking pass or plan to drink should not drive to the event venue.
  • Limited quantity, while supplies last. Please pre-order online; no on-site purchases will be available.
  • Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and park uniformly in the car parking lot. Do not park in the camping area.

Motorcycle Parking Pass

  • Two-wheel vehicles excluding heavy motorcycles Motorcycle Parking Pass NT$100 / pass (for parking from 6/26-6/28).
  • One pass per vehicle, only for attendees who have purchased music festival tickets and a motorcycle parking pass to park general ordinary motorcycles. The organizer is not responsible for vehicle safekeeping.
  • Please exchange the QR code for a motorcycle parking pass before entry.
  • In accordance with venue regulations, each motorcycle parking space is limited to one ordinary motorcycle.
  • Limited quantity, while supplies last. Please pre-order online; no on-site purchases will be available.
  • Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and park uniformly in the motorcycle parking lot. Do not park randomly.

Children/Elderly Admission

  • Ages 12 (inclusive) and above: Purchase a general admission ticket.
  • Children under 12 and individuals aged 65 and above are exempt from purchasing tickets for admission.
  • Each free admission attendee must be accompanied by at least 1 adult ticket holder. Please bring identification for verification, such as a health insurance card. Considering the overall volume may affect children and the elderly, please use your discretion, and parents or guardians must supervise throughout the event. Do not allow them to act alone to avoid danger. In case of injury, causing harm to others, or property damage, parents or guardians will be held responsible.

Camping Package

  • Please purchase a single person two-day pass based on the number of people staying overnight for camping, then add on the camping package. For detailed event information, please refer to Spring Wave's official social media (FB/IG).

Important Notes

  • If you need to transfer tickets to a friend, please send the PDF voucher file to your friend. There is no need to contact customer service to change participant information. The PDF voucher file will be sent to your email upon order confirmation.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • For refunds 10 days before the performance date, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the ticket price. No refunds are allowed within 10 days of the performance date.
  • According to Article 6 of the "Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, there are 4 refund and exchange policies. This event adopts Policy One: The deadline for consumers to request refunds or exchanges is 10 days before the performance date indicated on the ticket. However, if consumers purchase tickets before the deadline but receive them after the deadline, or do not receive them before the performance, they may still request refunds or exchanges. KLOOK does not apply this rule because electronic vouchers can be received on the day of purchase; the date of "application submission" will be used for refund and exchange requests, and a 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds.

Gentle Reminder

  • One ticket per person, admission by ticket. Please prepare your ticket (KLOOK voucher) to exchange for a wristband at the entrance. After admission, wristbands will be used for identification. Please wear your wristband throughout the event.
  • Children aged 12 (inclusive) and above are charged adult ticket prices. Children under 12 and individuals aged 65 and above are exempt from tickets.
  • Ticket-exempt attendees must be accompanied by at least one adult ticket holder. Please bring identification for verification, such as a National Health Insurance card, and parents or guardians must supervise them throughout the event.

Ticketing Information

  • Tickets include entertainment tax.
  • This event is one ticket per person. Please exchange your ticket or e-ticket (QR CODE) for a wristband at the entrance. After admission, wristbands will be used for identification. Please wear your wristband throughout the event. It is strictly forbidden to remove, exchange, or resell it to others. If anyone is found not to have purchased a ticket, holding a non-current day ticket, or not wearing a wristband, they will be required to purchase a new ticket at the original price.
  • For those holding a two-day pass, only one two-day wristband will be issued on-site, limited to use by the same person and non-transferable. Please keep the wristband properly after the first day of the event. It is strictly forbidden to remove or cut it. For admission on the second day, you must present the two-day wristband for inspection by staff. If you do not wear a wristband or if the wristband cannot be identified on the second day of the event, the organizer reserves the right to immediately prohibit entry, and no reissuance, replacement, refund, or any form of compensation will be provided. Please purchase a new ticket for entry.
  • Please keep your tickets and wristbands carefully. No reissuance will be provided for lost, damaged, or unidentifiable tickets, and no entry or reissuance of tickets will be allowed with any other proof.
  • The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of music festival tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
  • Attendees who purchase a one-day pass must leave the venue after the performance on June 27th (Saturday) and are not allowed to stay overnight at the event venue.
  • Attendees who purchase a camping package must purchase a two-day pass and must comply with the relevant regulations of the camping area for this event.
  • Those who have not purchased a parking permit should not drive to the event venue.
  • The organizer reserves the right to prohibit any fake ticket holders from entering.
  • Please do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If anyone is found selling fake tickets, they will be reported to the police for legal action.

Prohibited Items

  • This event prohibits bringing any outside food (including beverages, alcohol), except for infant formula. If found, you must finish consuming it outside the venue before entering. There are food and beverage stalls inside the venue. (For food and beverage regulations in the camping area, please refer to the camping guide).
  • This event prohibits bringing professional photography and videography equipment, such as drones, without the organizer's consent, as it may affect others' viewing experience. If warnings are ignored, staff have the right to request removal from the venue, and no refund will be given.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas except designated smoking areas. If warnings are ignored, the organizer has the right to remove them from the venue, and no refund will be given.
  • This event prohibits bringing any type of firearms, knives, clubs, metal objects, glass containers, firecrackers, fireworks, and other dangerous items. To ensure safety at the event, personal belongings and vehicles must cooperate with security checks for carried items.
  • This event strictly prohibits carrying, using, or trading any controlled substances. If found, they will be reported to the police for handling.
  • This event prohibits bringing long-handled umbrellas (folding umbrellas are allowed). If it rains, it is recommended to bring a raincoat.
  • Due to venue restrictions and safety considerations, this event prohibits bringing items that cannot pass security checks, such as skateboards, scooters, roller skates, bicycles, remote-controlled airplanes, remote-controlled cars, kites, flagpoles, laser pointers (subject to on-site security check conditions).
  • Only non-aggressive and harmless dogs and cats are allowed in the venue, and they must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste. If the above rules are violated, the organizer has the right to ask the pet owner to leave the event venue, and no refund will be given.

Event Information

  • Do not drink alcohol if you are under 18. Do not drink and drive. If excessive drinking causes trouble to others and warnings are ignored, the organizer has the right to remove them from the venue, and no refund will be given.
  • This event prohibits drug use, excessive drinking, third-party damage, fighting, gambling, storing prohibited items, or other illegal activities. Violators will be reported to the police.
  • This event prohibits throwing objects, climbing over isolation facilities, and any other dangerous behavior. If an accident occurs due to violation of on-site regulations, relevant responsibilities and compensation for losses will be pursued.
  • This event prohibits arbitrary damage to environmental facilities and equipment. Violators will be charged for compensation at the original price.
  • This event prohibits entering other people's camping sites without permission.
  • This event does not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals, but you can bring your own. Please assess your situation.
  • Except for the organizer's official stalls and contracted partners, attendees are not allowed to conduct transactions or distribute any promotional materials within the venue. The organizer may forcibly remove violators from the venue, and no refund will be given.
  • For some artists at this event, photography and videography are not allowed. Please strictly comply. If regulations are violated, the organizer has the right to remove them from the venue, and no refund will be given.
  • Portrait Rights Usage Statement: The ticket purchaser agrees and authorizes the Spring Wave Music Festival event to photograph, use, modify, edit, and publicly display their portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as "portrait"), name, voice, etc., in works taken during this event. The purchaser agrees that the Spring Wave Music Festival event has full copyright to the aforementioned works (including the authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.), and its affiliates, assignees, licensees, and successors may use the purchaser's portrait, name, voice, etc., in all forms of copyrighted carriers and media. The Spring Wave Music Festival may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or print methods and may publish it publicly without further notice or consent from the purchaser, but must respect the purchaser's personal image when publishing publicly.
  • If the violation of the organizer's on-site safety regulations is serious or affects public safety, the organizer has the right to refer the matter to the police, and no refund will be given.
  • In the event of special circumstances outside the above regulations, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, and cancel this event. For any unmentioned matters, please refer to the announcements on the Spring Wave official social media (FB/IG), without further notice.
  • In case of weather or irresistible force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to adjust, respond to, or terminate the content of this event and change the venue and artists at any time.
  • Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. When proceeding with ticket purchase and refund procedures, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to comply with all the above matters.
