Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the staff and welcomed by a lovely, relaxing aroma. We were immediately seated and served coconut drinks along with a hot towel, which was a nice touch—especially since we had booked the coconut oil massage. They then cleaned our feet and provided slippers to use inside, while our outdoor shoes were safely placed in a locker. We were also advised to change into the disposable underwear they provided and remove our accessories before the massage. The massage room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom stocked with nice shampoo, body wash, and lotion. You can even take a shower after the massage, which was such a convenient and thoughtful addition. A hot tea and coconut mango jelly were provided after massage. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this place and would probably come back again in the future! ✨

A lot of the cost actually comes from the decor, snacks, and the overall ambiance, which makes you feel pampered the moment you step in. Back then, they weren't partnered with Klook, so you'd pay the package prices listed on their official website. I purchased a three to four-hour session. I was a bit worried that this discounted package might mean I'd get a new, inexperienced masseuse. This is because the amount of pressure I can tolerate varies greatly across my body; in some areas, just a light touch from the masseuse makes me yelp, while in others, she has to use all her strength for me to feel anything. She didn't slack off or waste time at all; I actually fell asleep during the exfoliation, which really surprised me! All in all, with high-priced massages like this, if you feel anything is lacking, you really need to communicate it to the masseuse yourself so you don't waste your money. After all, for Bangkok, this price point isn't cheap. Their official website has many other special packages and massage styles. The best massage we had in Bangkok! So happy we discovered Diora at Klook. The facility was so elegant and cozy. All their staff from the guard outside to the therapist, are attentive, nice, warm and friendly. We had the most relaxing time here so we booked again before we leave BKK! 🤭💕

The spa is just a 10 minute walk away, so we decided to give it a try. As we approached, the door was opened for us, we were warmly welcomed and immediately offered tea along with hot towels, which set a great first impression. A staff member confirmed our booking for a one-hour scrub followed by a two-hour oil massage and asked us to choose our oils. I selected the “Fire” oil with turmeric, ginger, and lemongrass, while my partner chose Diora Dew. For the scrub, we went with the lemongrass option. Our therapists then guided us to the feer washing station then treatment room, asked to change into disposable undergarments. The scrub was thorough and refreshing. After the hour-long scrub, we were asked to rinse off, and the massage began right away. Bottled water was also provided afterward. Overall, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing and well-organized. The service was attentive from start to finish, and we would definitely come back again.

When you arrive, the place is spacious, and the receptionists are very nice. You sit down, enjoy a cup of tea, and receive a refreshing cold towel before taking your time to choose your massage oil. You fill out a form indicating your preferred pressure, areas to focus on, and areas to avoid. The therapists are very professional and don't cut corners. The rooms have a toilet and a shower, so you can shower before your massage and not worry about being sweaty or smelling bad. After the massage, there are refreshments available.
