What to expect
Base Camp offers you an exciting whitewater adventure package at Davao River with more than 15 class 1-3 rapids. It takes about 3 hours to raft the 13-km stretch of the Davao River from Lower Tamugan to Lacson Bridge not including the time spend for travel to and from downtown area.

REMINDERS BEFORE GOING RAFTING
- River rafting is considered an extreme outdoor activity and will require participants some physical efforts and to follow the guides instruction.
- Wear light clothing and rubber shoes or sandals with straps. Apply sun protection during sunny weather.
- No smoking, alcohol, or chewing during rafting.
- No loose items like jewelries, or dentures. Expensive watches, jewelries, eye wears and non-waterproof items are discouraged during rafting.
- We will take pictures and video clips of your trip and we will give you the raw files so there is no need for you to bring a camera.
- Bottled water is provided during rafting. Bringing extra bottled waters is encouraged. We are serving a no-pork packed meal for the morning trip and afternoon trip.
- River rapids on this part of the Davao River are classified as Class 1-3. The stretch of the rafting area is 13-km.
- All participants are required to participate in the safety briefing before the start of the rafting.

Amazing Experience, will definitely do it again next time I'm in Davao. Jack our raft guide was very professional and highly experienced too. It is a long journey and due to the sun, I recommend wearing rash guards and shorts that fully cover your thighs when sitting down. Our thighs near the knees got sunburnt due to the heat even though we had applied sunscreen. If booking through Klook, I would recommend calling them up 24 hours before your trip just to confirm as we had a slight mishap at the start where they had forgotten to check their system and didn't realise we were booked in for that date. But they went above and beyond to gather a team for us within an hour and organise everything too.
