What to expect
Thai Boxing Garden has provided Muay Thai training for well over 30 years and we were the first camp in Hua Hin. We provide an optimal and appealing training environment for beginners, intermediate and pro-fighters. We also offer the perfect atmosphere for men and women to learn and train Muay Thai. You can get back in shape, lose weight, prepare for a fight or simply be inspired!
Muay Thai is one of the best-known traditional martial arts in Asia, immortalised in Thai folklore and popularised internationally by serveral movies,leading to millions of dedicated fans and worldwide recognition of the sport.

When I turned 50, my teenage son and I both received it. It was fun, but my dad almost died of exhaustion, and my son enjoyed it well. Trainers come together one by one and teach us well.
The coach is very kind and provides good information, and allows you to learn the basics of Muay Thai in a full hour, rather than just an experience class for tourists. Although it is a group class, you can learn like a private class. However, it is very hot inside, so be sure to bring ice water or cool sportswear!
Coach EK's teaching is very careful, and straps and gloves are provided on site. The experience class is also very attentive, and the class is very enjoyable.
