It was horrible that we weren’t informed in advance that the tour was cancelled and discontinued on klook. We also figured it out when we were starting to worry because we didn’t receive any email on the confirmation of the arrangement and saw it on klook that the tour is out of the list already. We had to send a message to the customer service to verify this and the first reply we got was it’s still on. Truly a disappointment on klook for the arrangement.

Although I live in a hotel not far from the old city (you can walk to the old city on your own), but with the detailed explanation of the tour guide, I will not sway in the old city for the first visit to the holy city of Jerusalem. The guided tour is very good, so the journey is worth it!
All the Jerusalem tour is starting at 9AM only, even though the pick up time is 7 or 8 AM. First they pick up from everywhere and finally reach the meeting point. From here people will spread to different van/bus for their tours. People comes from Tel aviv and all other places of Israel. The tour is good and informative. Don't expect very detailed explanation from guide, they just gave basic info and walk through all the places sequentially.
The arrangement of the transfer was quite confusing. The tour guide did not gather at the designated place on time, and almost went wrong with the other group. Guided tours of each attraction along the way are important for group members who do not have a religious background. Overall good, but the number of group members is a bit too much.

It is convenient to purchase tickets, enter the park quickly, and the price is favorable. The Summer Palace is very beautiful and spectacular, and it is worth a day of deep travel.
