I-O-N Wong Chuk Hang introduces the ‘Seafood Sensation Buffet’ starting from 2 March. Enjoy a selection of seasonal seafood paired with vibrant Southeast Asian spices, featuring delights like Stir-fried Trio in Garlic and Chili* (Abalone, Shrimp and Crayfish), Golden Curry Crab, and Slipper Lobster with Garlic in Thai Style (weekend night exclusive), Risotto with Scallops in Lobster Sauce. Each guest will also receive a complimentary Steamed Half Lobster with Garlic.
Indulge in refreshing mango-inspired desserts, including Mango Coconut Golden Crisp and Passion Fruit Mango Tart, for a true taste of Southeast Asia.
