Starting from 3 November, the brand-new “Southeast Asian Frenzy Buffet” makes its grand debut, featuring a collection of classic dishes from Singapore and Malaysia, along with a selection of signature specialties! The buffet starts with appetising Salted Egg Crispy Fish Skin and nourishing Malaysian Coconut Chicken Soup to whet your appetite. Seafood enthusiasts won’t want to miss the chef’s signature Singapore Pepper Crab and Typhoon Shelter Stir-fried Slipper Lobster (only available on weekend dinner), which highlight the fresh sweetness of seafood with rich black pepper and garlic respectively. For a creative twist, the Stewed Conch with Cheese and Salted Egg Yolk fuses salted egg yolk and cheese with fresh conch for an unexpected burst of flavour. The dessert table also bursts with vibrant Southeast Asian flair: Malaysian Coffee Walnut Sweet Soup blends Malaysian coffee with traditional Chinese sweet soup for a smooth, aromatic indulgence. Don’t miss the refreshing Pandan Salted Coconut Corn Pudding and the fragrant Durian Fresh Milk Mochi Tart, which provide a perfect finale to this Southeast Asian feast!
