- Depending on your payment method, your refund can take 3-14 days to be reflected in your account.

Pet Policy
- In compliance with LTFRB and the Animal Welfare Act, PTCI does not allow transport of live animals of any kind, except fowls and other house pets, ie., dogs, cats, hamsters, etc.

- Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the terminal

I would say very convenient in booking here in Klook and it's very easy. plus having advance booking makes travel comfortable. pagdating sa terminal, ipapalit mo lang voucher into physical ticket and you're good to go. I had a good experience riding the Partas deluxe bus from Cubao to Vigan. However, I highly recommend their luxury bus over this one (the chairs do not fully recline here). But if you are saving money, this is still a good option for you. I suggest bringing a neck pillow and a thick blanket.
