It was a beautiful sunny day experience with tasty sea foods in an island of Indonesia. We loved the experience and cultute. Must see :)
I will never forget our very accommodating tour guide Jonie. Such a nice guy and very reliable. I went on a tour with my boyfriend and although this is just a very quick trip, we were able to enjoy Batam. Had fun going for the go kart even though we paid for an additional fee.
The itinerary is good but you need to confirm which Indonesian dock guide is good
Good. Tour guide is punctual. Have been using Klook for my trip plans for few times, so far I am satisfied.
good and love to see how the local people to live, tour guide very good and helpfull - good value for money
We arrived in Batam on January 26, 2020. The big brother of the tour guide was very good, but everything changed afterwards. We arrived at the restaurant for lunch at about 11.30 noon. As a result, we did not book a seat and meal for us. The guide also returned. Ask us how to pay for meals. Isn't this already a group with meals? After a series of connections, I finally got the answer without paying again, and I can sit and wait for the after-dinner meal, but after waiting about 30-40 minutes, the guide came to tell us to change the restaurant, and we were taken to another restaurant. For dining, we did n’t eat Chinese food until 1:40 in the afternoon. After eating Chinese food, it was more than 2 o’clock. In the afternoon, we only went to the Vietnamese refugee camp. There was no time to go to the 3D hall, especially if the refugee camp was a short distance from the city. For a short distance, our tour guide's elder brother continued to overtake at a speed of nearly one hundred hours and delays, and rushed. I didn't think that the whole day trip was properly arranged, it felt bad, and the owner of the 007 seafood restaurant was right. Taiwanese are very unfriendly, very unfriendly

I should have visited Singapore more to the point that I didn't really want to go to Batam City..!
I did not know that there is a Vietnam refugee camp in Batam until I come across to this Heritage Tour offered by Klook. Our trip consists of a small group of 5 people, so it is really just nice. We have visited the Vietnam Refugee Camp Museum, and on our way out of the refugee camp, I have requested our guide to bring us to Pantai Viovio (this is not part of the itinerary), which is near by. Then we went for lunch at Kopak Jaya 007. After that, we went in search of a local layer cake. Our guide's recommended Alya Layer Cake's at Eden Park. After that, it times for The Illusion (similar to Trick Eye Museum), Miniature House, Cheng Ho Status & Ship at Golden City. Next stop, we went for the 1 hour massage at IndoThai near Nagoya Hill. Finally, we went to Batam Center to get ready to go back to Singapore. What a wonderful day trip to Batam.
The whole journey was well arranged. The driver and tour guide were very polite and attentive. They did not force us to do any shopping. The whole journey was full of smiles. The only thing that I hope to improve is the massage part. Those massage aunts can be quieter. Do n’t stop chatting with others. She couldn't hear it lightly
Friendly and punctual tour guide. A fun and fuss-free travel with Klook!
