Opening hours:
- Store Monday to Sunday (10:00a.m.-18:00p.m)
- (If the rental time is before 10:00 or the shooting time needs to be extended, a separate quotation and inquiry are required)
- (Monday to Friday) Fee: $1000/ per hour
- (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) Fee: $1500/ per hour
- Renting the venue''may require''an additional cleaning fee of $300/per session
- (Monday to Friday) Overtime $1000/ hrs
- (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) Overtime $1500/ hrs
- 1 free parking space (private car)
Rental Rules:
- Renters are requested to keep personal belongings by themselves and avoid bringing a large amount of money and valuables into the rental area. The store is not responsible for any loss.
- The rental fee does not include equipment - lighting services, photographers, photography assistants, photography services and computers, etc.
- Please keep the park site clean and clean up the garbage by yourself.
- Pack all photography and all personal items before leaving.
- Overtime of 15 minutes is counted as one hour, and the end time is based on the time when the guest leaves the venue
- If the equipment or park items are damaged due to improper use by the guest, the guest shall compensate according to the original price of the goods.
- Botanic Union LTD will not pay any responsibility or compensation for the damage or loss of the guests
- Smoking or fires are strictly prohibited in the venue
- 15 minutes free preparation time for each rental. Please note that photography is not allowed during the preparation time
- Offices, equipment rooms and non-leased places are all private areas of the company, and are not allowed to enter without permission.
- Botanic Union LTD. reserves the right to make the final decision, and reserves the right to revise the above terms and conditions at any time, and reserves the right to terminate or modify the relevant terms at any time without prior notice

Good to know
- When you arrive at the venue, please contact our staff. A cash deposit of $500 is required before entering the venue. When you leave the venue, confirm that the venue is correct and the cash deposit will be refunded on the same day (please bring your own cash)
- Botanic is a retail shop for rare plants. Due to the impact of sales, the scene and decoration will be changed. Therefore, the scene and plants of the site photos are provided for reference only, and we are committed to continuously improving the site layout. We will take the scene when the customer arrives at the scene as a reality , sorry for the inconvenience
- Customers can move the on-site furniture by themselves, which is flexible to meet the shooting needs, but they must be moved back to the original place by themselves at the end
- Botanic is only available for shooting with existing scene layouts, if you need to adjust or change the scene, you need to quote separately
- Canned drinks are sold at the venue, if you want other drinks, please prepare by yourself
- The rental time starts from the appointment time, late arrivals will not be compensated
- If the renter wants to change the rental time or date, since the venue has been reserved, the renter must notify the company at least 7 days before using the venue, and the company will consider whether to accept the date change based on individual rescheduling reasons.
- Once confirmed BOOKING, no change or refund within 48 hours
- Without the consent of the company, the renter is not allowed to transfer the venue to others
