extremely insightful course about how to make latte art and a brief introduction to coffee making. Instructor and coffee place owner Angus was very patient and encouraging. A great way to spend the time as a family activity.
my daughter wanted to do latte art. she’s 14 years old and when we arrived she was the only student so she had a private lesson! the teacher was very patient and encouraging and my daughter had a great time! highly recommended and the teacher spoke both English and Mandarin (I encouraged him to speak mandarin so my daughter could practice).
I only watched other people make latte art as a customer in a coffee shop. Now I learn the whole process of latte art and how to adjust the proportions of latte art. I have benefited a lot.
Learned a lot about coffee; it's definitely worth experiencing.
A very interesting class! The instructor explained things clearly, and the process allowed us to hands-on adjust the grind size of the coffee beans, water temperature, and more. Tasting the different flavors brought by various variables and combining theory with practice was a lot of fun!
I hope I can enjoy the fragrant and delicious coffee earlier to match my dessert
What a great class! Thanks to the teacher's professional and dedicated explanations, even as a "pour-over newbie," I truly felt the endless charm of pour-over coffee. From weighing beans, grinding, pouring water, to blooming, it turns out every subtle movement affects the final flavor. That's the captivating part of pour-over, isn't it!
Very good experience! The course teacher’s professional and careful explanations enabled me, a coffee novice, to immediately gain a preliminary understanding of the world of coffee and gradually get into the groove. It was great! ! Recommend to everyone👍👍👍
I started to bake the beans after making an appointment, and they are medium and shallow. The name and packaging are very comfortable!
The coffee is very fragrant, and it is full of coffee beans when opened. It is full of aroma. It is great to receive the goods on time!
