How to use:
- Select your delivery route, date, and time to make a reservation for a hands-free travel experience.
- You will receive an Order No. via email from LuggAgent within 24 hours.
- To ensure the service works smoothly, please add LuggAgent on social (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram...). Information will also be in your confirmation email.
Service Process:
- Airport/Station to Hotel: Send out luggage at the airport/station from 9 AM to 6 PM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Hotel: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Airport/Station: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the airport/station from 3 PM to 9 PM, same day.
Luggage Guideline:
- Each bag must weigh 32kg (71lbs) or less.
- Each bag’s total length + width must not exceed 180cm (32 inches max per side).
- We accept suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases.
- Please ensure your booked luggage quantity matches your actual luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If your luggage exceeds the limits at check-in, we may refuse it or charge an extra handling fee: $15 per bag for overweight/oversized luggage.

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Present your passport or photo ID to retrieve your luggage.
- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport/station, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop-off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For Airbnb deliveries, we provide personal on-site collection and delivery for a $25 service fee per address

It was really convenient. I was contacted right away upon arrival at the airport, and I was able to drop off my luggage much earlier than the original appointment time. It was even better that I was able to receive an email right away that I had safely arrived at the hotel. I would like to use this service again next time.
It is really convenient to free your hands to play, the price is also within an acceptable range, and the prior contact, tracking during the process, and post-delivery are all very reliable. Although you cannot receive emails in mainland China, the driver will add WeChat to confirm the day before, which is more reassuring.
This service was absolutely amazing! The pre arrival system was great and the team response was always so quick and thorough. Our driver came to the arrivals to meet with us as it took a bit of time for us to get out of Customs and he immediately spotted us and took our luggage safely with a smile. We were so impressed. We didn’t have to look for him but he found us with the picture we sent of us before departure. The luggage arrived safely at the hotel with no troubles either. With that, we were able to go to Disneyland that day with no worries and no luggage. And it saves us money because it is cheaper than getting lockers and trying to search for them at Disneyland. I absolutely recommend it. It’s the best and will use them again!

At first, I was confused about what to do because the company only informed me that I had to leave my luggage at the hotel before 11am. In the end, I could leave it without having to wait for the driver. It was like getting an extra day to travel.

It wasn't bad. I was worried because I couldn't find any reviews from Koreans, but it worked out well. I used it when I moved hotels to go to Disneyland, and they contacted me via WeChat, which was fine. I used the hotel-to-hotel luggage service. As soon as I checked out of the hotel and sent a picture of my luggage, they picked up my suitcase within an hour and delivered it to my next hotel that night. Good.
