This is a fantastic deal. VVIP experience with exclusive entrance to beat the long queue to pandas, feeding the fishes, no uncomfort sleeping in tent since it’s big enough for 4 people. The place was air con and dreamy feel at night with manatees in the tank and seeing them anytime in the middle of the night

It was an awesome experience with us really sleeping “beside” the manatees. Zoo guides were friendly, enthusiastic and approachable. Managed to see the pandas without queuing for long and also managed to get front row seats for the animal show. Price is a bit steep but I can understand why given the effort and trouble that is taken to ensure a good experience for us. Much recommended activity especially for families.

Overall experience was great!! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. All programs were enjoyable that you can participate in. Since it’s holiday season, a lot of people were queuing for watching pandas but we didn’t need to wait for it, and able to spend more time there than visitors. Staying in front of the manatees’ tank was just amazing that you could watch throughout night. Highly recommend for both children and adults who loves animals. My husband and I will definitely come back. :)

Pretty costly activity but here are the standouts: a) behind the scenes tour of the manatee kitchen and how it works b) witness feeding of squirrel monkey c) meet and greet animals (uncommon animals such as civet cat and pelican)
