The museum exhibition content is fairly rich, and the stadium facilities are also quite impressive, but a small number of on-site staff had a less than friendly attitude and the service quality needs improvement, making the overall experience just average.

The exhibition is thoughtfully put together, and you can easily enjoy the tour using QR codes or online resources. However, some of the staff are extremely unfriendly; even upon entry, they just chat among themselves and fail to provide necessary explanations. There was even a staff member who went so far as to show annoyance toward visitors. This might even leave a negative impression of the Atletico team. Aside from running into the unfriendly staff, the content was great compared to tours of other teams.

The stadium is beautiful, and the Museum is fun to watch, but when we booked the ticket, we picked it at 1:30pm. When we arrived, the staff said that there was no time for this ticket, and we were asked to wait for the 4:00pm session. Fortunately, we didn't make it to the end of the itinerary, otherwise we might not have enough time to go.
