Reviews
Highly recommended! Very fast & kindly collection service and it can issue the test report via email within a few hours. I was tested at 10:00 am and received the report at 12:18 pm.
Very professional service. Called in advance to confirm time/location. Very professional once they arrived, and swift process. Results came within timeframe.
Great service. so convenient. I didn’t have to go out in case I was infectious
I made an appointment for a door-to-door PCR test, so I don't need to take a car to do the PCR, which is very convenient. The staff will inform the departure time in advance and will not affect the itinerary of the trip.
Person comes all the way to your hotel room, very convenient
worth the price. hassle free.. on time and very professional service.
Fast efficient and good service! Highly recommended. Results came out earlier than expected also!
When we were in Taiwan, in order to confirm the situation, this store even called overseas and Ms. Huang explained it in Chinese. It is a model store, but when we arrived in Kuala Lumpur, it became very difficult to contact. No one answered the hotel call. Write After seven or eight hours of WHATSAPP, no one cares! We clearly told the room number, and the staff also wrote it down, but the doctor didn't know the room number that morning, which made us miss the time. Later, we had to go down to find someone. There was a big problem in contact! But the follow-up soon gave us the result, which is considered a responsible organization! The evaluation has been downgraded from very satisfied to very good!
Doctor is great. The company thou, they just email me directly and ask me for outstanding payment even though I purchased the package via Klook.
PLEASE UPDATE THE VOUCHER WITH THE AMOUNT PAID SO I CAN FREAKING CLAIM IT
