What to expect
Buffet prices will be adjusted starting from 1 January, 2026. Customers who purchase any buffets for January 2026 on or before 31 December, 2025, can enjoy the current promotional prices before the adjustment.
Lunch Buffet (December)
- Seasonal Iced Seafood: The iced seafood section offers a wide array of choices for seafood lovers, including Canada Lobster Claw, Hokkaido Hairy Crab, and New Zealand Mussels. Fresh Oyster is additionally featured during lunch period on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Sushi and Appetising Salads: The sashimi and sushi station provide six types of sashimi and six to eight varieties of specialty sushi and rolls.
- Delicious Hot Specialities: Indulge in a range of hot delicacies, including Grilled Wugyu Beef Tongue, Grilled ASC King Prawn with Garlic and Herbs, made-to-order Seafood Glass Noodle Soup, Fried Rice with Abalone, Conpoy, Shrimp and Scallops, and Sauteed Cuttlefish and Broccoli with Sakura and Local Shrimp Paste.
- Artisanal Desserts: Executive Pastry Chef Roy Ma and his team have meticulously prepared a selection of popular desserts, such as Black Forest Log Cake, Taro Mochi Egg Tarts, and Caramel Pistachio Custard Choux Puff, along with nine flavours of MÖVENPICK® ice cream. Furthermore, a gingerbread man decorating station will be available from 19 to 26 December, offering fun for both kids and adults to enjoy hands-on cookie decorating.

- Delicious Hot Delicacies: A variety of hot dishes are available, featuring items such as freshly Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue, and Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli, and Oven-Roasted Pork Belly Roulade. Live stations offer made-to-order Japanese Seafood Nabe with Ramen with Kombu stock and Tomato Seafood Soup, along with other highlights like Fried Rice with Abalone, Conpoy, Shrimp and Egg.
- Artisanal Desserts: Executive Pastry Chef Roy Ma and his team have meticulously prepared a range of delicate desserts, including Kyoto Matcha Mochi Crème Brûlée Puff, 72% Single-Origin Dark Chocolate Tart, and Japanese Kyoto Grape Jelly. Freshly made Hojicha Flavour Egg Waffle are prepared at the live station. Whole cakes are also available, such as Kumamoto Strawberry Yogurt Mousse Cake, Hokkaido Cream Crepe Cake, and Purple Taro Chiffon Cake. Guests can also enjoy ten flavours of MÖVENPICK® ice cream.

Dinner Buffet (1 to 31 December, 2025)
- The Place presents a Christmas Festive Buffet, weaving together lobster, oysters, foie gras, and classic festive delicacies into a luxurious culinary experience.
- Special Treat: On 24, 25, and 31 December during dinner, each guest will receive an exclusive serving of Baked Local (Yung Shue O) Fresh Baby Lobster with Herbs Garlic Butter Ssauce, adding extra abundance to the celebration.
- Seasonal Iced Seafood: The iced seafood section offers a wide array of choices for seafood lovers, including Canada Lobster, New Zealand Oyster, Russia Crab Leg, and Canada Lobster Claw, delivering a rich and satisfying seafood experience.
- Sushi and Appetising Salads:The sashimi and sushi station features five types of sashimi and six to eight specialty sushi and rolls nightly, including Tuna, Yellowtail, and Scallop. The salad selection is equally impressive, with options like Thailand Style Squid and Baby Octopus Salad and Grilled Salmon Fish with Oriental Sauce and Fungus.
- Delicious Hot Specialties: The buffet rotates a variety of hot dishes nightly. In addition to the Pan-fied Foie Gras, highlights include New Zealand Whole Beef Ribeye and made-to-order seafood rice on soup. Other specialties include Slow-cooked X’mas Turkey and Honey-glazed Gammon Ham.

Dinner Buffet - "International Seafood Delights" buffet (1 January to 12 April 2026)
Featuring Baerii Caviar, Lobster, Hairy Crab, Oysters, Foie Gras, and a variety of classic Roasted Meats, this offering creates a luxurious gastronomic experience to welcome the prosperous new year.
- Special Offer: Guests who book the buffet dinner, or the buffet lunch on weekends and public holidays, can purchase a jar of Baerii Caviar (10g) at a special promotional price of HKD79. It is best enjoyed with crostini, rice crackers, or blinis, accompanied by sour cream and red onion for an enhanced flavour.
- Seasonal Iced Seafood: The iced seafood section offers a wide array of chilled selections, including Canada Lobster, Hokkaido Hairy Crab, Zealand Oyster, Russia Crab Leg, and Canada Lobster Claw, delivering a rich and satisfying seafood experience.
- Appetizers: Alongside guest favourites like ASC Smoked Norwegian Salmon plate with Condiments and Cold Cut and Iberian Ham with Cantaloupe and Crostini, new exquisite appetizers have been introduced. These include French Foie Gras Mousse Tartelette with Hawthorn and Toasted Pistachio and Abalone & Chicken Roulade with Sesame Oil and Sauce.
- Selected Sushi and Sashimi: The sushi and sashimi station offers six types of selected sashimi and eight to ten varieties of specialty sushi and rolls on a rotating basis nightly, including Tuna, Yellowtail, Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, and more. During dinner, additional items such as Canada Urchin, A4 Wagyu Beef Tartare, and Salmon Roe made-to-order hand rolls are also available.

Guests can indulge in unlimited servings of local specialty snacks such as Hong Kong-Style Swiss Chicken Wings, Local-style Faux Shark’s Fin Soup, Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, Crispy Fried Wontons, Salty Beef Golden Brick Toast, and Crispy Fried Shrimp Toast. Additionally, a variety of exquisite desserts is available, including Grass Jelly, Black Forest Log Cake, Honey Crunch Cake, Taro Mochi Tart, Portuguese Egg Tart, and nine flavours of MÖVENPICK® ice cream.
