I brought two children to the Penguin Room for the first time through klook book. The room was clean and tidy. There were many choices of food. The children liked it very much. The children’s world on the fifth floor is so fun. Children play until they don’t want to leave. On Sundays, there are 100 writings per person and a bell. Maybe there are not many people who have passed the clock on the left and the staff asked me to go. The children can continue to play for a long time, which is great 👍🏻 After leaving the room on Monday, you can take the children to play multiple clocks. On weekdays, two children will start with 150 texts. Super convenient. The seafood platter is too much to eat, and it feels like D was wasted. The only shortcoming this time is that the swimming pool is restricted to swim for only one hour to find the sun and thunderstorm warning. The swimming pool is closed, and the thunderstorm is cancelled and it only takes half an hour to swim. However, it may be shut down due to the epidemic, and next time I have a chance, I will bring the children to stay again.
Very nice place with clean and new facilities. the room is also very nice and clean especially my son loves the penguin decoration in the room. the steaks and semi dinner is also very good.
Mother’s Day is so good that there is no price increase. The three-person buffet even upgrades to the family room. Although the buffet does not have oysters, it is normal at a price. There is a seafood bowl, crab feet full of fish and half a lobster. The reason is that the buffet food does not have crab feet, and the hotel may have a lot of melting, so it is considered generous when it is exposed to the sun. In the end, an extra Mother's Day Coconut Milk Stewed Bird's Nest with Fish Maw will be delivered, which is absolutely value-for-money.
The hotel is opposite the West Rail Station, check in fast, you can open the room early 👍❗ Our family of three lives in a Thai-style room with only two double beds, the room size is ok, but the view is unsightly 🤦 Push open the curtains It's the opposite hotel! But the bathroom is too small, and there is no bathtub in the tank. The worst thing is that there is no steel frame for hanging towels, only a stainless steel bathroom door and two hooks on the wall 👎😤❗ In addition, there are only three or four hangers in the closet, which is not enough for a family. With 😓❗ Dinner is a semi-buffet style, each person chooses a main course, and there are some cold cuts and desserts you can take ❗The taste is average😔 but at this price is reasonable❗ The most commendable thing is that there are bicycles 🚲 can be rented for free💯
my daughter turned 5 and we booked this hotel for her bday weekend. the hotel looks very child friendly with the penguin mascot. the reception area is very interesting. the Greece theme room was pretty cool. the location is very convenient to the places we went ( tuen mun inclusive playground, TMT plaza for asobi park plus and HANDS Mall for the real expert funzone!) the pool was very nice. the kids enjoyed themselves.
The rooms are normal, but they are small enough to be used. The Greek rooms are really good for me in a single array. The 3rd floor of the Greek floor is quite short. The soundproofing of the room is so good. The hotel is next to the light rail station, but I haven't heard the sound of cars for a day. What a pleasant surprise! Five hundred mosquito meals and semi-buffet. The food is nothing special, but the staff is nice. I want to take a card seat when I sit down. Although there is no platform for me, but after someone pays the bill, every staff member asked me if I wanted to. Turntable, good guy🥰
The location is convenient, 5 minutes away from Tuen Mun West Rail Station. The rooms are tidy and the penguin rooms are novel, suitable for families with children. I wanted to live in a Greek room, but unfortunately I didn't get my wish. The restaurant buffet is not lost. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. There are swimming pools and fitness rooms, and free bicycle rental.
The check-in procedure is fast, and the staff are nice! The room is not big but the whole room is clean. Only this time the room is very close to the pool and the opposite room. The pool can be seen from the top, so the curtains are kept in disguise throughout the day. The room will be darker; secondly, because the bed is facing the air-conditioning vent, it will blow well at 26 degrees and it should be cold; then, the strange design is that the kettle is not plugged in. If you want to put it in the bathroom, the door first has an electric system to boil the water. I feel d...special; the biggest problem with this stay is the shower liquid and hand sanitizer are all auspicious holders. Haocai has to bring its own shower liquid. The staff can pay attention to it.
Come to the Yuepin Tuen Mun store on the same day of the Mid-Autumn Festival; there is already a semi-buffet at noon, the quality of the main menu is good, and the refill food is fast. The staff arranged to move in on the 9th floor, the room is large and well organized, the only thing is to go back to the room to take a shower after not having enough water. But I found that there was no shampoo and I needed to contact the front desk to follow up, and the staff quickly came up to refll and would check in again if there is a chance.
