The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are decent. The hot springs are a lot of fun, and there are plenty of play facilities for children. The kids' playhouse inside the hotel is quite small, so it's better to buy a package that includes the Four Seasons Paradise; that way, the children will be even happier. Also, the slide on the second floor is super inconvenient; children can't possibly use it because it requires a minimum weight of 110 pounds. Additionally, you can't bring anything with you, including the wristbands the hotel provides and even a single earring must be removed.

This time, seeing the kids on holiday, we invited their classmates to a hot spring hotel. It's a true family-friendly hotel, everything is suitable for children. We played in the water for two consecutive days, and there was also a playhouse. After playing at the water park, we went up to our hotel room and still had a private hot spring to soak in. When we thought the food wouldn't be good, it turned out to be quite alright! Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful. I would recommend this place to friends next time.

Service: Butler Bailey's service was very attentive! Breakfast: Many people ate together, and it was just a typical breakfast (bread, noodles, congee, etc.). I thought this trip would be very tiring, but luckily the hotel had Vava butler to help me solve it. She would also take the initiative to ask me about my needs and remind me of things to pay attention to. The hotel waiter was also very good. Don't come, it's not good, the whole experience was unsatisfactory, the service was bad, and the hotel facilities weren't great. The only satisfying thing was the private hot spring pool, but even then, the water in the hot spring area didn't seem clean. The location is remote, making it hard to get a ride, and drivers will randomly overcharge. Also, the reservation front desk here feels very disorganized. Even though I paid extra for a buffet dinner for two adults and two children on the Klook platform, they still asked me to pay extra upon arrival, saying our package was for a Chinese dinner. We wasted an entire day arguing with them... The whole experience was terrible.

Firstly, the unfriendly attitude of the check-in staff made my impression of the hotel immediately worse. The room's facilities give you a sense of history; the refrigerator doesn't freeze. There's a wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast and dinner, but you have to wait in line because there are a lot of people. There are many hot spring pools, and there is also a billiards and ping pong table, with each room able to play for 20 minutes.

The location is remote, and taking a taxi is very expensive. The service staff has a bad attitude, and the environment isn't very clean. The food is okay, but seriously consider whether to bring children. Also, even though the booking on Klook clearly included a buffet dinner, for some reason, they tried to charge us for it again at the front desk.

I don't recommend going on holidays, the price is still worth it during normal times. The experience is much better, the room is average. The hot spring is OK, the free children's playground is too small, there is only a small room with a trampoline or something like that
