The hotel is wonderful, everything is fine, the room, the staff were very helpful. But I was very upset about your failure in making sure my reservation has reached Kerry Hotel. You see when I arrived on 26th, the hotel reception told me they didn't have my booking through Klook. After I showed them your confirmation e-mail and 45 minutes of waiting, Edwin, the hotel reception staff told me that Klook has used up all the quota provided by Kerry Hotel when Klook submitted my reservation and hence the Hotel computer system didn't accept it. So my reservation has lost in the system. I was very upset by your failure but fortunately Edwin, the Hotel staff has been extremely helpful and processed my check-in asap even though he still needed to wait for confirmation from your side. I have been using your service for quite sometime but after this time I would need to re-evaluate my options whether to use your service in the future.
