SWIMMING POOL SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT
- As of 2 January 2022, all swimmers are required to wear a swim cap whilst swimming in the aquatic facilities (i.e. training pool, secondary pool and Jacuzzi). Please be reminded to bring along your swimming cap if you plan to swim. Swimming caps are also available for sale at a reasonable price at the 1/F Swimming Pool Service Counter.
- To better serve all guests on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, all in-house guests are required to book a time slot to access the swimming pool. Time slots can be booked through the online swimming pool booking system after check-in. Guests are allowed to make one time reservation per night stay and the swimming time will be limited to 60 minutes per visit on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- The details of the swimming pool booking system will be provided upon check-in.
- As part of the safety and health ordinance required by the Hong Kong Food & Environmental Hygiene Department, please kindly be advised that our Swimming Pools (Including Training Pool, Secondary Pool, and Jacuzzi) will be closed respectively for yearly inspection and maintenance work, schedule as below.
- Training Pool: Close from December 19, 2022, re-open on January 1, 2023
- Secondary Pool: Close from December 27, 2022, re-open on January 4, 2023
- Jacuzzi: Closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Room Arrangement:
- For guests who are staying more than one night, only one simple Housekeeping service will be provided on the 4th day and one regular room cleaning services will be provided on weekly basis. Simple Housekeeping services such as:
- 1) Empty the rubbish bin
- 2) Replenish the room and bathroom amenities when necessary
- 3) Replace the towels every fourth day
- 4) Wearing your mask when Room Attendant provides the cleaning services in the room

The room is spacious and clean. Although there’s not a great variety of foods at dinner and breakfast buffet, the taste is overall good. The package also includes the access of swimming pool but sometimes it’d get very crowded because of the swimming classes.
The location is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, with very convenient transportation. I checked in after visiting the Science Museum, Space Museum and other exhibition halls with my son. The room is clean and well-organized. The room service is of good quality. My son loves the swimming pool
It’s a good choice. The scenery is similar to the five-star hotel next to it. The swimming pool is big and the service is good. I recommend it to everyone who wants to go sightseeing.
The buffet is super delicious. There are a lot of seafood, desserts and cooked food. There are also drinks. I keep replenishing food. It’s super flat and delicious.
Great experience! Hotel offered to set up a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the large bed which was really comfortable with a great view. Burger set was good, particularly liked the wedges. Breakfast was nice too but would have liked more variety. Overall would recommend!
This stay package includes a special afternoon tea on the day of check-in and breakfast the next day. The first one feels that the environment is clean and quiet. Check-in or Check-out is simple and quick. You may have received an email before check-in to pre-enter the check-in information, so you can quickly go through the procedures and go to the room. This time I live in a sea view room on a high floor. The room is clean and satisfactory, and there is no noise from the left and right isolation, which makes me feel peaceful and comfortable. The activity facilities are sufficient but the time is urgent. The fitness room closes at 10:30pm. If you finish the high tea and do some swimming and do some fitness, you will feel like you are in a hurry! The food is satisfactory, the environment is clean and the food is fresh. Overall, I give ★★★★★ a rating that I am satisfied with
$1188 to grab a sea view suite + burger dinner + buffet breakfast on Friday night, it's overpriced! The sea view is looking at the space museum and buried in 1881, I live on the 9th floor, if you live higher, it should be more beautiful. The room is very big, with a sofa bed and a cloakroom in the hall. The water pressure is good enough and there is a bathtub. The bed is so big that it can accommodate three people, but the pillow is rather short, so it's not too bad for me. The dinner burger tastes ok, but it seems a bit lonely without the drink package 😹 But it's the price! There are not many choices of breakfast food, but they are all good enough and delicious. The special ones are the ready-made noodles, silver needle powder, bamboo shoots as a side dish for white porridge, four types of fresh fruits, and four types of cheese. There is juice. The time I want to improve the most is that check in at 4 o'clock and check out at 11 o'clock is really short 😹 But this time the discounted price is booked, there is really no requirement! 😹
Located next to the Peninsula Hotel, Gangqing has a geographical location, especially the sea view suite, which has a beautiful view. I personally think Room 45 is better, because it is less blocked by the cultural center. Fortunately, I was arranged to stay in room 1345. The sea view is beautiful, but it's a bit early to check out at 11 o'clock, and it's time to pick up after breakfast. This package includes dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet is good food. The frozen lobster, bread crab, long-legged crab, and frozen shrimp are all fresh and sweet, and the hot grilled tiger prawns and abalone are top-notch. Buffet breakfast is more general.
700 yuan to upgrade to a half sea view suite, and breakfast for two, great value! The swimming pool needs to wear a swimming cap. There is no time slot for check-in during leisure days. 17:00-18:00 is the time for washing the pool ~ the swimming class in the main pool. There is only one line to swim, but the children's pool also has a lot of fun. Happy (children 2-10 years old) The buffet breakfast is not too much food, but the quality is OK, and the environment is good! There is an outdoor playground on the 4th floor, but I didn't go out to play because of the rain. It is suitable for children aged three to eight! I also booked a treasure hunt for the second night, the staff was very nice and put the Bobo Pool and the small castle in the room when we checked in so we could play early!
A better experience than last time. This is my second time staying at the hotel. Check in was much smoother this time. Room is still the same but cleaner. Buffet dinner and breakfast were included in the package, food quality remained good. Something I want to mention is the staff at the restaurant did a good job. They are quick in taking away the empty plate when you are done eating.
