In conjunction with the "2025 Winter Travel Penghu Voucher" program, from November 1, 2025, to February 6, 2026, the following facilities under the Bureau's jurisdiction will offer free admission: Marine Resources Museum, Development Hall, Penghu Living Museum, First Guesthouse, Hong Genshen Art Museum, Jinkuitou Fort, and Xiyu Ammunition Depot.
- The exhibition focuses on the history of Penghu residents' lives and cultural development, with themes including the Age of the Ocean, immigration history, the Four Major Battles, religious beliefs, seasonal festivals, agricultural and fishing life, traditional house styles, life rituals, and educational traditions.
- The museum displays the first life-size, proportionally accurate model of a "Tousei" boat (approximately 17 meters long) in the Taiwanese museum community, allowing you to board and experience life at sea.
- View a 1:30 scale model of the Wangan Huazhai settlement, exquisitely crafted and detailed, recreating the living space and scenes of life in the old Penghu settlements.
- This modern city museum carries on the heritage of Penghu's history and culture, the gilded years of Penghu life, and the Penghu people's identification with life and their imagination of the future, integrating education, culture, tourism, leisure, and forum functions.
