The redemption process is very smooth, i received the confirmation and invoice right after booking on Klook Received a phone call and text from travel agent to confirm again. The ferry is very fun activity, you load your car and walk around for photos or a quick drink. The whole trip take around 40 minutes in total. Great experience and recommend for a weekend getaway!
Easy to purchase tickets and redeem at the ticketing booth before entry. Staff were friendly and very helpful during the journey across. You can buy some refreshments onboard.
The day was great, the water was smooth and Searoad Ferries did a magnificent job. Everything operated like clockwork and the employees were very helpful and happily answered all our questions.
