The market tour was sensational, Brett and his team have a fantastic set up, we felt very well looked after through the day with plenty of clear instruction, all dietary and spice levels are taken care of, even the kids loved it. It was a great cultural experience. The local guide, Jessica, was very friendly and passionate. She introduced different traditional Thai seasoning, ingredients, and dishes while taking us on a tour around the Chatchai market. The cooking place is bit far from the city but it’s quite clean and relaxing. We made papaya salad, red curry pork, chicken fried with cashews, and mango sticky rice. The ingredients were all freshly bought from the market and prepared by us. Really learned a lot about Thai cuisine here.

This activity was fantastic! The market introduction was very thoughtful, and even those who aren't good at English can easily understand it. Making the dishes ourselves was super fun, the service staff was incredibly attentive, and the kids had a great time. Highly recommended!
