Kudos to reservation team! I received email from them soon right after I made the booking via Klook. Exchanging of boarding pass is to be done at their counter on 3rd floor at HFC. Website says that travelling time is 1h 30m, but it took 2 hrs to reach destination.

Klook is easy to book with email confirmation from the ferry company itself. The place is not as popular as batam so there's limited activities and shopping there.
