Easy to use. The ferry a bit pack with no numbering seat. You have to be fast to go in the ferry to take good seat

The crews don't care about the seat number that allocated for you based on your ticket. And clearly they don't bother to maintain social distancing at all. Good luck to us all who boarded / planning to board.

Nothing spectacular in overall. Thank god that the uncle at the parking space reminded us to get the boarding pass at the Blue Water counter. The e-voucher doesn't work.
Very convenient and fast as if you wait the last minute to take your tickets there might be no more space...
Booked for 9.30am ferry, but we boarded around 9.55am because there were too many people and need to wait for another ferry, which I think the timeliness can be improved. The ticketing process is not efficient also because they only check after all passengers are seated, not upon entry. For group traveler, only one person will hold the tickets for all members and since this is free seating, it might be difficult to point which persons are travelling together with me since they are all seated at different places. You get what you paid for, so for the price I paid it’s acceptable. However I will consider to opt for another ferry operator which is more expensive in exchange for better service and more comfortable environment.
