La Roca Village Shopping Express Experience with VIP Savings Card

check in was super easy and bus was on time. the journey is a mere 40 minutes and items were nicely priced due to Black Friday sales.

For the La Roca Village Shopping Express, simply book through Klook and show your QR code directly before boarding. The boarding location is easy to find, and before you board, staff will ask for your return time and immediately reserve your return seat.

we just booked it the night before our intended trip. it was easy to find based on the instructions. the bus personnel will also ask for your return time before boarding. it was also nice that they are giving some information about the areas that the bus passed by on the way to La Roca. we weren’t able to use the 10% VIP voucher since most of the shops we went to didn’t accept it.

The platform is easy to find. When boarding, book your return trip. The drop-off point at the outlet is also the return pick-up point. If you want to change the return time, you need to go back to the pick-up point and check with the service staff on the bus for availability. The bus is clean, the seats are comfortable, and eating and drinking are prohibited.

went to the bus terminal had a littl bit of a hard time locating the bus but with the help of some locals there i found it. the travel was a breeze and the place itself is nice. there is a few selection of the luxury items but really a good deal.

The meeting point is at Barcelona Nord Bus Station. If taking the subway, take L1 to the Arc de Triomf station. We were at platform 29 at the time, but since some areas are under renovation, I recommend checking with the staff for confirmation. I highly recommend this plan because the number of people per time slot is limited, so there's no pushing or rushing. The luggage storage area is also well-monitored, which makes you feel very secure. After boarding, the staff on board will introduce the shopping village's discounts, and this service also includes hands-free shopping, which is really cool. Just go to the visitor center after arrival to activate your VIP account and free your hands during the shopping process. (Provide your number after shopping, and then go to the visitor center again to pick up your shopping bags 🛍️ when you leave.) But be sure to remember that if you want to get a tax refund + pick up your shopping bags, you must allow enough time. I recommend going back to the visitor center an hour in advance to make sure you catch the return time agreed upon with the driver. It's best to arrive early for the return trip because the number of people is limited for each time slot. If you miss the time slot, you may be delayed until a much later departure, or you'll have to rely on luck to get on the bus 🚌. (We encountered this... the departures were all full, and we almost had to take the last bus, but luckily the staff were super friendly and kept trying to help us get back earlier...)

Very convenient, direct departure from Barcelona to La Roca Village outlet. There is also a 10% discount card that can be used within the outlet. The ride is very comfortable, and it takes about 35 minutes to arrive. Convenient and safe, and there is also a hands-free service. Assistants don't need to carry items while shopping; they can retrieve them directly from customer service.

The pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient, arriving on time and returning on schedule. The bus tour even included a brief explanation of Barcelona, which was nice. There was also food available there, and the environment was pleasant.
