Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm x 41cm x 26cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
  • The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Additional information

  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • According to United Kingdom law, all children aged 0-12 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
  • Child seats are available upon request
  • Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles
