Booking guidelines
- Each rental package is valid for consecutive calendar days as specified, not including the day of pick up. For example, a 4-day rental with pick up on 5 Feb is valid until 9 Feb
- Deliveries are made between 12:00pm-5:00pm
- Please indicate your Oahu delivery address at the checkout page
- Please note: if you are staying at a hotel, you will pick up and drop off the items at the bell desk. If you are staying at a non-hotel accommodation, please also provide the contact details of the property manager or owner of the home to arrange delivery and pick up
- All pick-ups should be ready by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless previous arrangements have been made
- The seats must be returned in clean condition as it was received. Failure to do so will result in a USD25 additional cleaning charge. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged the retail amount to your credit card
- If you decide to extend your rental, you must notify the operator 24 hours prior to return date and pay the operator directly for the extension fee
