Follow the instructions of Karuniya Jaya staff (in official uniform and holding a “Karuniya Jaya” sign) only. You may need to be proactive in asking for clear directions from them. This can be an uncomfortable situation for some customers, but unfortunately, Karuniya Jaya is unable to prohibit local drivers from coming on to the jetty in this manner
  • An additional transfer charge applies for guests (both adults and children) staying in Ubud Outskirts, Payangan, Pejeng, Keliki, Kedewatan, Tegalalang (IDR50,000 per person), Uluwatu,Nusa Dua(IDR50,000 per person), Tulamben/Amed (IDR400,000 per car), Tanah Lot (IDR500,000 per car), Kintamani (IDR500,000 per car), and Lovina (IDR600,000 per car)

Cheaper than buying the tickets on the spot. However trip is often delayed and can get pretty chaotic. The shuttle to and from the ferry terminal is a nice touch though.

Comfortable air-conditioned boat, open space on the second floor with music and beer. When leaving the pier, beware of those who offer you a transfer and a taxi, they will be deceived. Your transfer is located near the Wakhana office, which is by the restaurant. Go there and look for the Wakhana staff.

The boat is comfortable with air conditioning, on the second floor there is an open space where music is played and the crew is serving beer. Pick up from your hotel by minibus

The overall experience was worrisome unless I boarded the boat. I reached the port at 9:30, one hour before the departure time. At the Wahana Gili Ocean Office in Gili T, the man refused the booking made through Klook. He said that he did not receive the booking and also the money for it. I tried calling the local operator's number but it was not reachable. Klook assistance also could not help, which resulted in I having to pay again to buy another ticket. The boat did not arrive at 10:30, and around the same time the office guy told me that he has received the operator's call and that he will refund my money. The boat finally arrived at 11:30 and we departed at 11:45. On reaching Bali, the shuttle service was time consuming. Not to forget that they drop 10-15 people in one shuttle which basically means wastage of your precious time while you are on a trip. I eventually had to take a private taxi to come back to the hotel.
