What to expect
Make sure you always have internet access in China with a portable WiFi router that will work anywhere in the country. Keep up to 5 of your mobile devices online by connecting to China Mobile’s 4G network. You can enjoy 4G LTE speeds for up to 500 MB per day, and then unlimited 2G speeds afterwards, more than enough for messaging, maps, and general internet surfing. You can pick up your portable WiFi egg right after landing at Shanghai PVG Pudong International Airport. Simply show your voucher at the counter, complete the registration process by taking a picture with your passport and WiFi device, and paying the security deposit. After that, you’ll be able to connect to the internet anywhere you travel within Mainland China. When you are ready to go home, simply return the device at the airport before checking into your flight. Make sure you don’t return the device late or you will forfeit your deposit!

Additional Information:
- There is a minimum 3 day charge
- Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
- WiFi devices are usually available. In the rare event that all devices have been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
- You will be charged for all the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using data
- According to local policy, please present your passport and take a photo of you holding it at the Airport Service Counter when you pick up the device
- A penalty will be charged for late return (within 5 days) at CNY35 per day. Your deposit will not be refunded and the device will not be workable if it is returned later than 5 days
- Customers will be liable for any damage/loss/theft of the device (up to CNY500). Please check the device carefully before leaving the service counter
- Please note: Specific websites / applications program such as Google, Google Map, Gmail, Twitter, Facebook, Kakao Talk, Youtube, Instagram, etc are not accessible in Mainland China

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who use large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long periods of time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
- Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Very easy and convenient to pick up at the airport. Connection was also pretty solid. Do note that you will still need VPN to access certain sites in China.

It was very useful in Shanghai. The battery was just enough. You may need to charge it if you'll be going out for too long.
The redemption booth is quite difficult to locate it is located at departure check in counters which when return made it easy. You need to deposit certain amount for the wifi they will issue a receipt so you can refund your deposit once you lost it you can’t claim your deposit anymore. They wifi connect is great.
