Reviews
The tour was absolutely fantastic! The crew was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Their warm attitude and professionalism made the trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this tour to others.
For this tour, the map of the departure terminal was sent in advance via Whatsapp chat, but I misunderstood and thought I should go to the location on the Klook map and didn't look at it. As expected, when it comes to local tours in Vietnam, you should not trust Klook's map. When you make a reservation, you should register your Whatsapp address, etc., so if you don't check the map sent by the tour company via chat, you will be in trouble. This time, the distance between the terminals in Aman Chau Pier was not that far, and I was at the pier early because I was participating locally, so I was able to make it with plenty of time. The tour itself was good because we were able to visit three places and the staff's service was detailed and attentive. I was the first to arrive on the boat and sat in my seat, but when the staff saw that I couldn't stop sweating, they put a fan behind me. I'm not that good at English, but they explained it to me clearly and slowly in easy-to-understand English, which was helpful. On the way back, I went into the jacuzzi wearing my swimsuit, and the staff turned the water back on when it had stopped. While I was soaking in the jacuzzi, they brought me some snacks as a service. Also, when I got out of the jacuzzi, a bath towel was prepared nearby. At the last mountain, Tee Top Mountain, I had coconut juice for the first time at a shop on the way down after conquering the summit. It was an unforgettable memory.
5-Star Cruise Buffet and Sightseeing in Ha Long Bay** I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a 5-star cruise in Ha Long Bay, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. **Buffet**: The buffet on board was exceptional. The variety of dishes catered to all tastes, from fresh seafood to delicious international and Vietnamese cuisine. Each dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The desserts were a particular highlight, offering a sweet conclusion to a fantastic meal. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that all dietary preferences were accommodated, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. **Sightseeing**: The cruise provided breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay's stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters. The itinerary included visits to several iconic sites, such as the awe-inspiring Thien Cung Cave and serene fishing villages. The guided tours were informative, providing fascinating insights into the history and culture of the area. Activities like kayaking and swimming added an adventurous touch to the relaxing journey. Overall, the combination of exquisite dining and mesmerizing sightseeing made this cruise an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay in style and comfort.
We were well taken care of from the day before departure, with a private car picking us up from the hotel. Upon arrival at the port, the crew members were also very enthusiastic and helped us take photos. The entire day trip was packed with activities, and all three attractions were worth visiting. I really loved the mango juice on the boat; it was delicious! I truly enjoyed this day trip.
really good experience. the cruise is very comfortable and manager is very nice. took many beautiful pictures for us. the cruise includes boat ride and vegetarian vegan food which was tasty. washroom were clean at cruise. we saw beautiful sunset from deck. evening coffee was also good.
They initially dropped me off at the wrong cruise. After a brief conversation, the bus driver brought me to the correct one we had booked. The La Casta Cruise was very clean and nice. Although it rained for about two hours, we were still able to enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and bamboo boat rides. Our cruise provided raincoats and umbrellas for the bamboo boat ride, which was thoughtful. The food was excellent, and the jacuzzi on the top deck was a wonderful addition. Aside from the initial drop-off issue, we were very satisfied with the experience. Lastly, our cruise guide was an excellent photographer, and all the staff were kind and provided outstanding service.
I had a very enjoyable experience with La Costa Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The boat was modern, clean, and comfortable, with great viewing areas to take in the scenery. The itinerary was well organized and paced, allowing us to enjoy the highlights without feeling rushed.Special thanks to Mr Duc, who provided exceptional service throughout the cruise. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking in to ensure guests were comfortable and well informed. His positive attitude and dedication significantly elevated the overall experience and truly reflected the high service standards of La Costa Cruise.
It was a very enjoyable trip and I recommend it to Koreans. The food was very tasty and the guide was friendly and explained things well.
I chose this ship over other large cruises because I thought there would be a lot of crowded situations on board. Overall, it was a much more satisfying experience than I expected. The onboard facilities were clean, and it was pleasant and nice because it wasn't crowded with people. There were various nationalities of guests, and I was lucky to meet gentlemanly passengers. To be honest, I didn't expect much from the food quality, but there were plenty of different kinds of food and it tasted good. There wasn't anything I'd say was disappointing, but if I were to leave positive feedback, the price of drinks was reasonable considering you're drinking them on board, but the quality of the cocktails was a bit disappointing. The fruit smoothies were really delicious. Summary) Highly recommended for those who dislike noisy onboard environments and want a pleasant trip. You can see people crowding on other ships even from afar (lots of noisy nationalities).
it was an unforgettable experience.loved everything about the trip especially the foooood. view was spectacular, 10/10 for me.
