sim card is enabled seamlessly when I landed in HK. pick up point is conveniently centralized at Raffles Place. I do believe the pick up is during office hours only. sim eject pin is included in package so it'd really consumer friendly.

Was worth it. Luckily we got the SIM card beforehand and it comes with VPN so you can use fb, insta as usual in china. Highly recommended

Collection is easy and convenient. Place your SIM card into your phone in China and it will auto set up. Can still tether to my other phone.

Collection was fuss free and in a central location. Internet connectivity in China was VPN enabled, fuss free, very fast and generally had good coverage. Please note that the SIM card has a Hong Kong number, so you are unable to use it for local purposes (like booking tours or ordering Meituan takeouts).

Convenient and easy to use, plus VPN is not needed if you use this card. Will get it again the next time I go to China!

It was pretty easy to find the location, the place had a cafe vibe which was astonishing. Collection of SIM card was done very quickly. The staff was fast and efficient. No issues using the SIM card, managed to step lots of pictures and uploaded in the social media platform with ease.
