- Car model: Alphard or Vellfire
- Luxury Van: Maximum 6 passengers + 4 standard sized luggage, 6 pieces of luggage for a group of 5, or 8 pieces of luggage for a group of 4
Luggage Information
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- Standard Luggage Size: 24". Bags over 24" will be considered 2 pieces
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Only bottled water is allowed on the vehicle.
- The driver will contact you by WhatsApp/WeChat/Line or phone call. Please indicate an active mobile number at the checkout page
- The operator will forward your the driver's contact information via phone, WeChat, email, WhatsApp, or Line within 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time
- Regular time bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time. While midnight transfer bookings must be made at least 8 hours in advance
- Child seats are available upon request

- Express Routes: through Western Harbour Tunnel or Tai Lam tunnel incur a toll surcharge (approx. HKD60)
