Car was new and nice. That is the only positive. Driver spoke NO English. Driver did not stop anywhere on the way. I repeatedly asked him to stop on weaving shops but he would not even acknowledge my requests. Driver did not read Lao either as google translate was a fail. Driver did not agree to the Klook booking that it was for 8 hours. Driver did not let us shop in peace. He would rush us everywhere because he was bored. Klook subagency is pathetic. They would not share a number where I could call them. They repeatedly gave me the Singapore hotline number. They kept insisting on me writing to them. They did not reply in time to my messages. I wrote a message at 3pm yesterday and they replied this morning. Gave a generic reply that they apologize for the inconvenience. I will highly suggest to any tourist coming to Luang Prabang to avoid Klook and their subcontractor, Lao Smile, if you want to have a relaxing time. Destroyed my day. Pathetic.
