got my dad to where he needed to be through the airport on his first visit to Bali

When we arrived at Denpasar airport, there were no employees at the gate. After a short wait, we took care of everything ourselves. A no go

I had expected to be met by someone to escort us through the airport and to my disappointment, there was noone from Klook there. an absolute disgrace and waste of money. it cost me $100 AUD for this supposed‘service’ that wasn’t provided. do not recommend this service to anyone, save your money!! is a total rip off!!!

I walked around the airport and saw no staff. I have applied for a refund and are waiting for a response from the investigation.

People who have poor English skills and have children in Chicken and Duck Farm do not need to buy this. Children at the airport have priority clearance. I am wasting my money.
