- Your SIM card will be delivered to you 3 day(s) after your booking is confirmed
- The date you selected in the calendar is the latest date you expect to receive the SIM card. Indicate your complete mailing address and hotel or Airbnb name, along with the confirmation number (if applicable) upon check out
- Please expect the following delivery time for the respective location from the day of booking made: 3-5 business days for Taiwan and Mainland China, 3-4 business days for Hong Kong and Macau
- Please note that deliveries to Xinjiang and Tibet will not be possible
- No tracking number will be provided for deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Please indicate your full address at checkout. The operator will only contact you when the delivery address cannot be located
- If you wish to have the SIM delivered to your hotel, kindly provide the hotel name, the name of the recipient matching the reservation, and the reservation confirmation number
Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- The SIM card must be activated within 180 day(s) after pick up. It is strongly recommended to activate your SIM card as soon as you arrive at your destination to avoid any instances of failed activation
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- If you are experiencing connectivity issues after 3 mintues, please follow the instructions below:
- iOS: Settings > Cellular Data > APN > Enter "3gnet" > Insert SIM card > Reboot
- Android: Settings > Data > APN > Select new APN and enter "3gnet" > Insert SIM card > Reboot
