Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using your SIM
- If you are experiencing connectivity issues after 3 mintues, please follow the instructions below:
- iOS: Settings > Cellular Data > APN > Enter “internet” > Insert SIM card > Reboot
- Android: Settings > Data > APN > Select new APN and enter “internet” > Insert SIM card > Reboot

- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 256kbps after 3GB of data is used
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- SIM card will be sent out within 2 business days after purchase. Please refer to the expected delivery time

My friend's network card couldn't connect at all at first, but luckily I was still able to access the Internet. I immediately sent an e-mail to customer service for help, and it wasn't delayed too long. The internet speed is not very stable. It seems to be slowed down from time to time, or there is no signal. I can only tell myself that it may be due to the region... Maybe I can just buy an internet card from the telecommunications store outside Phnom Penh Airport.
