Stretch Me Clinic at Central World in Bangkok

I recently visited Stretch ME center and tried their Basic Sport Stretch. The experience was fantastic. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the session. The stretch itself was thorough and really helped to relive tension in my muscles. I left feeling renuvenaged and more flexible. I highly recommend stretch ME center for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being.

This central wOrld is located next to the Let's Relax central wOrld. When I went for physical therapy, I was arranged to use the Let's Relax room because it was a walk-in. The technician will ask you to choose a part that needs to be strengthened. Afterwards, you will do full body stretching first, and then stretching of the designated part. Overall, this experience is similar to my previous experience. The technician's stretching is strong enough and will not make people fall asleep (because it will hurt), but it will be very comfortable after the treatment. Finally, you can also ask the technician about the stretching movements of specific parts, and you can stretch yourself after the physical therapy.

unlike a normal massage, it is a unique experience that u should try, they provide clothes for stretching, the environment is great, the therapist is very professional, must try!

need to walk through Nike or Zara to get to the clinic. absolutely amazing assisted stretching. ended up signing a 20 sessions package as it was just so good.

opted for the basic sport stretch for 60 mins. the central world location was a bit of a challenge to find as it really is inside zara. recommend booking the appointment on line as they responded faster there.

Located on one side of the Nike counter on the second floor of centralwOrld department store. The entrance is clean and bright. There are lockers for storing personal items. Unlike traditional massages, it focuses on stretching. You can choose the areas that need strengthening.
