Activation procedure
- Plug the SIM card into your phone
- Turn on “Cellular Data” and "Data Roaming" setting of your phone
- Please read the instruction on the package for more details
- Validity starts when the SIM card is activated in Malaysia
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- No refund will be issued for no-show
Amendment policy
- Changing of delivery address or delivery time after the order has been confirmed will incur a surcharge of VND10,000 payable directly to the operator. Please make sure you input your final delivery details upon checkout to avoid extra charges
