• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip

Other Reminders

• Please bring weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, closed-toe sports shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a sun hat, swimwear, a towel, water, snacks or a packed lunch, rain gear, a camera, and any personal medication needed
• Jeans, high heels, sandals, flip flops, open-toed shoes, bare feet, smoking, vaping, drones, alcohol, drugs, littering, feeding animals, and unaccompanied minors are not allowed
• This activity is not suitable for children under 12 years, people with mobility impairments, those unable to ride a bike, people with respiratory issues, people under 155 cm (5'1"), or those with a low level of fitness
• Bike experience required and ability to display confidence and control on an e-Bike
• The route follows designated walking tracks, island roads, and unformed tracks on uneven, loose scoria, gravel and hardpack surfaces, with sections of moderate consistent gradient, and may at times be wet and slippery
• Check-in is at 09:00 on weekdays and 08:45 on weekends and public holidays, departure is at 09:30 on weekdays and 09:15 on weekends and public holidays, and return is at 16:00 on weekdays and 16:30 on weekends and public holidays
