Using your ticket
Ticket type: Present your voucher (Entry ticket with winter coat and snow boots included)
Redemption point: Winter Wonderland Pattaya main entrance, 226 Moo 1, Soi Na Jomtien 2, Sattahip District, Chon Buri
Check-in: Present your e-ticket or mobile voucher at the counter. Staff will assist with ticket verification and guide you to collect winter coats, snow boots, and locker access before entering the snow zone.
Validity: Valid for one entry on the selected date only. Please select the correct ticket option according to guest type and age when booking, and check your booking confirmation for date-change and cancellation terms.
Things to note
Same-day online bookings must be made at least 2 hours before arrival. Bookings made upon arrival at the venue may not be accepted.
Additional information
What to bring: Comfortable clothing to wear under the provided winter jacket, regular socks, and a dry change of clothes for after the snow activities. Winter coats and snow boots are provided on-site
