Booking Requirements

• The driver or lessee must be at least aged 20+ with a driver's license valid for at least 6 month(s) before the expiration date
• When picking up the vehicle, you must present the original ID card of the renter, the original motorcycle driver's license, and the Klook e-voucher.
• The renter, vehicle pickup person, and actual driver must be the same person.
• Vehicles shall not be subleased, lent, or driven by an unregistered third party.
• If a customer does not carry a valid driver's license, their identification documents do not match, or they do not meet the rental qualifications, the store has the right to refuse to provide a vehicle, and no refund can be requested.
• Foreign travelers must present their passport, driver's license from their country of origin, and an international driving permit compliant with Taiwanese regulations or a Chinese translation of their driver's license. Actual eligibility for rental will be reviewed on-site at the store. If necessary, a deposit must be paid by credit card. The deposit amount and refund time will be handled according to store regulations.

Additional information

• Please comply with road traffic regulations. Drunk driving, dangerous driving, or riding after taking medication that affects driving ability are strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles shall not be used for racing, illegal transportation, commercial passenger services, or other unlawful purposes.
• Traffic violations, parking fees, towing fees, and related administrative expenses incurred during the lease period shall be borne by the lessee.
• In the event of a traffic accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incident, you should immediately:

1. Preserve the accident scene
2. Notify the police to handle the situation and obtain relevant report data.
3. Notify the supplier
4. Do not privately settle with the other party involved in the accident or repair the vehicle yourself.
5. Vehicle repair costs, insurance deductibles, towing fees, business losses, and other damages resulting from the lessee's improper use, improper custody, or violation of traffic regulations shall be handled in accordance with the lease agreement and actual liability determination.
