Open Dining of Jakarta x Tugu Group

What an exciting experience to dine while touring on the busway. From the start, we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff, both during the hotel tour and on the busway itself. Unfortunately, the journey had just begun when the busway suddenly broke down upon reaching Glodok. The busway crew quickly inspected and attempted repairs, but the vehicle could not be put back into service. As a result, this inaugural public tour had to be canceled. Hats off to the organizers for their service recovery, offering a full refund and reimbursement for return travel expenses.
