• Schedules and transportation methods may change due to weather conditions. There will be no refund for the difference.
• As this includes cycling activities, please participate in comfortable clothing and shoes.
• When traveling by bicycle, please wear a helmet for safety. Also, please refrain from using mobile phones or other electronic devices while riding.
• This tour is an experiential program. *Local guides will manage the progress and safety of the experience.
• There will be no tour conductor accompanying you. A guide will accompany you throughout the entire tour. (Experiential guide/Local guide) *Foreign language support will primarily utilize a multi-language translation device. During activities, please follow the instructions of staff and local personnel and pay close attention to safety.
• Regarding the food and drinks provided, we do not accommodate allergies or special dietary restrictions. Those who require them should prepare their own meals.
• If we determine that customer safety cannot be ensured due to bad weather conditions such as strong winds or high waves, we may cancel the tour. The final decision will be made on the day of the tour, and we will contact you if it is canceled.
• Due to rainfall, electric bicycle tours may be canceled and changed to vehicle transportation. In addition, the content of outdoor activities may also change. Please note that tour fees will not change in these cases.
• We aim to provide tours that anyone can join, from children who can ride bicycles to the elderly. However, some activities may require certain physical conditions, so please feel free to contact us with any specific requests or concerns when making your reservation.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• Pets are prohibited
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• Flash photography is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
