The cleanliness is excellent, and transportation is convenient. Regarding service, everything else was great except for the slow front desk due to understaffing and the lack of a designated queueing area. These areas could use improvement. Hotel location: Very close to Huaqiangbei, which is excellent. Breakfast: Very good, the seating is spacious and comfortable, and of course, the food quality offers great value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located right at the exit of Huaxin Metro Station. You can walk to the pedestrian street near Huaqiang Electronic World just outside. If you walk a bit further, you can reach One Avenue shopping mall. However, keep in mind that only the Intercity Exclusive King Room features a two-meter-wide bed.

The location is very convenient; you see it as soon as you exit the station and turn left. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made Cantonese rice noodle rolls. The staff are also good. I would consider staying here again.
When we arrived yesterday, around 9 PM, we were told there was only one room left. We ended up with a room at the very end of the hall. We asked to switch rooms, but the staff said there were no other rooms available and then ignored us. For a five-star hotel, this level of service is quite poor. They completely disregarded the guest's experience and made no effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointed. Service quality is so important, especially for a five-star hotel. Extremely disappointed; I will not choose this hotel again.
